Hanna Naima McCloskey is of Algerian-British heritage and the Founder & CEO of Fearless Futures. Fearless Futures uniquely works within organisations and schools to engage people in understanding the root causes of inequities to grow powerful new leadership practices and to design inclusion into policies, processes, practices and products. Fearless Futures works in schools in the UK and has offices in New York and London where it operates globally with companies across sectors in Hong Kong, Singapore, Silicon Valley and across Europe. Hanna founded Fearless Futures after a varied career working for the UN, NGOs and the Royal Bank of Scotland, across communications, research and finance roles; and has lived, studied and worked in Israel-Palestine, Italy, USA, Sudan, Syria and the UK. She has a BA in English from the University of Cambridge and an MA in International Relations from the Johns Hopkins School of Advanced International Studies.
