Ciaran is the technology and operations force behind Swoop. He began his career at KPMG and went on to start the professional creative network Hiive, now home to over 150,000 members and 4,000 businesses.

In 2018, following many months of planning, securing funding, and platform development he co-founded Swoop with Andrea Reynolds. Swoop is a platform which helps businesses secure finance across debt, equity, and grants, and helps them make savings on everyday business costs. Ciarán is hugely excited about the opportunities the team is creating for small businesses owners around the world and believes there is great potential to do more.
