Kevin Empey has specialised in organisation development, leadership development and people strategy for over 25 years. Author of “Thrive in the Future of Work”, he is Managing Director of WorkMatters which supports organisations with their Future of Work strategies, change management and enablement programmes. Kevin has won several national and international awards for his work in the areas of future of work research, contribution to employment policy and social entrepreneurship. He is also the Programme Director of the Senior Executive Programme at the Irish Management Institute and served as a member of the Government appointed Labour Market Council during the financial crisis.
