Dar/Rail: Landsdowne Road station – when you leave the station cross the road and go up the stairs – look for the signage.
Bus: There are a number of routes that will bring you to the Aviva, check out the map here
ARRIVAL / REGISTRATION
Follow the signage to the entrance to the business show.
Bring your registration QR code with you for fast access, you will have received this via email. On registration you will be provided with a name badge, which must be worn at all times during the event.
Registration will be open at 09:00 on the 6th Oct
The first programme sessions begin at 09:50

CATERING
A light lunch and refreshment breaks will be provided, we have taken into consideration the dietary requirements provided on your registration form and will do our best to accommodate.
If you have an allergy or special dietary requirement please contact the hospitality staff. No food or drink purchased outside the venue (without special dietary permission) is permitted to be brought into the venue.
CLOAKROOM
There is an attendee cloakroom available on site. The cloakroom is free of charge and is on a first come first serve basis. It is located to the right after you enter the venue.
EMERGENCIES
Please familiarise yourself with your closest emergency exit at all times. In the event of an emergency please notify a member of the team, a member of venue staff or a member of the security team.
EVENT APP
The event app is being provided byCrowdcomms. All attendees will be sent an invite with a unique access link to log into the event app and set up their own profile. Download the crowdcomms app from your app store and use code TBS22 to locate the event. Then using your email address linked to your registration profile set up an account.
Complete your profile and make the best of the networking opportunities.
ONSITE TICKETS
Tickets must be purchased in advance of entering the registration area. If you have not bought a ticket and would like to attend the booking system remains open.

PARKING
Parking is available in the Westground car park located on Landsdowne Lane or in the underground carpark beneath the stadium accessed via Landsdowne road. Parking is charged at €10 per day or €2 per hour.
PROGRAMME
The programme is available on the website and event app (see above for more info on event app).
WATER STATIONS
There are a number of water stations located throughout the venue, please view the floor plan to find their locations or ask one of our team onsite. Remember to bring a refillable bottle.
WI-FI
There is a free open Wi-Fi network available for all attendees of the event to use.
